A group class on Zoom three times a week. An hour class including some initial discussion about meditation or 'sitting in contentment' for approximately 20-30 minutes followed by a review and recommendations. Using meditation to find a still spot to examine those parts of us that cannot be still. How to bring healing to our restless energies.
