This lesson is approximately one hour with a beginning conversation about the benefits of sitting in contentment (meditation at its most basic -without all the difficult rules) and a small review once the meditation is over. The purpose of this type of silent, awareness meditation is to sit in contentment and see what within us does not cooperate, where such energy originates, and how to bring inner cooperation to areas of conflict. In this way, we change the paradigm of energy working against energy into one of cooperation. This leads to a great realization of our true energy since we may have never felt true inner cooperation before.
Silent meditation portion is approximately 20-30 minutes with some beginning coaching.
After a few lessons, you should feel comfortable enough to do this regularly on your own.
